I joined Digital City RI as Project Manager in 2013. Digital City is a nonprofit force-multiplier transforming Rhode Island into an international digital design and production hub. I was responsible for research, strategy and implementation in project areas focused on education, production, and sector growth. I was also responsible for development and strategic planning for the organization.
While at Digital City I realized the need for low-cost work and community space for digital media practitioners in Rhode Island. In partnership with Digital City I founded and became the Director of DC206, a co-work space in downtown Providence for freelancers, artists, and small business owners. I oversaw planning, construction, strategy and development of DC206.
